MAXIMA is proud to announce its participation in the European Research Showcase as part of the European Researchers’ Night, taking place on the 29th and 30th of September. Four of our distinguished researchers will be representing the MAXIMA project and their respective fields of expertise during this event, which serves as a platform for showcasing groundbreaking research and fostering collaboration across the European research community.

Each day, from 9 AM to 21 PM, the European Research Showcase will be featuring interviews, profiles, and videos with researchers from all over the continent. You can get involved by watching the showcase on Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.

Maeva Lavigne Philippot brings a wealth of knowledge in sustainable materials engineering and environmental economics to the showcase. Her expertise in battery technologies and environmental impact assessment will undoubtedly contribute to the advancement of eco-friendly solutions. 

Affiliation: Professor at the Department of Electrical Machines and Drives, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Technical University of Cluj-Napoca

Claudia MARTIS is a distinguished professor with a focus on sustainable electromechanical systems. Her research in optimizing electrical machines for sustainable applications aligns perfectly with MAXIMA’s commitment to green energy solutions.

Daniel Montesinos-Miracle is a visionary leader in the field of power electronics and renewable energy. His mission to «electrify the world with renewables» resonates deeply with MAXIMA’s dedication to sustainable energy solutions.

Skills and Expertise: Fluid Mechanics, CFD Simulation, Numerical Modeling, Engineering Thermodynamics, Solar Energy, Heat Transfer, and more. 

Carles Oliet’s expertise in fluid mechanics and thermodynamics enhances our research capabilities in renewable energy and thermal engineering.
