Position Overview:
The Lille campus of ENSAM, as the project coordinator of MAXIMA, is currently seeking a dynamic Post-Doctoral/Engineer to join our team. In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate closely with our research team in electrical engineering, as well as with other labs specializing in design, manufacturing, and life cycle analysis.
Missions:
As part of the MAXIMA project, your responsibilities will include:
- Defining technical specifications for the electric machine and associated manufacturing processes
- Investigating innovative solutions for design and manufacturing
- Analyzing options based on technical, economic, and environmental criteria
- Developing demonstrators for new product and process concepts
- Communicating project progress with partners
- Disseminating scientific and technical results through publications and patents
Required Skills:
- Product/process design and industrialization experience
- Strong technological background in mechanical systems and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in project management and life cycle analysis
- Fluent in English for effective communication with project partners
Personal and Interpersonal Skills:
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting abilities
- Proven project management skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
Profile:
- PhD in mechanics and production engineering or equivalent experience
- Organized, team-oriented, and adaptable to research environments
- Passionate about contributing to cutting-edge R&D initiatives
