On March 5, 2025, the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (UTCN) hosted the second edition of the «Sustainability & Energy Efficiency» Workshop, marking World Energy Efficiency Day. The event gathered researchers, industry leaders, and policymakers to discuss innovative solutions for reducing energy consumption and minimizing environmental impact.
Among the key speakers, Prof. dr. ing. Claudia Martiș, representing MAXIMA, presented advancements in next-generation electric vehicle motors, highlighting new developments in energy-efficient and sustainable mobility.
The workshop included:
- Interactive presentations on geothermal energy, AI-driven smart grids, hydrogen transport, and corporate decarbonization strategies.
