MAXIMA will take part in the international Science for Industry (S4i) summit in Madrid, integrated into the official delegation of the Xunta de Galicia and the Galician Innovation Agency (GAIN), and represented by FEUGA (Fundación Empresa-Universidad Gallega). S4i, held on 28–29 January 2026 at La Nave (Madrid), is one of Europe’s key deep science events, bringing together universities, companies, investors and public institutions to accelerate technology transfer and innovation.
Acting as MAXIMA’s representative within the Galician delegation, FEUGA will showcase the project, connect with potential adopters and partners, and identify collaboration opportunities.
At S4i, the MAXIMA information and results will be presented to detect organisations interested in technology adoption, piloting or co-development activities. The aim is to maximise the impact of the project outcomes, facilitating their arrival to final users and collaborators and strengthening their positioning within the European innovation and mobility ecosystem.
Science for Industry 2026 will gather knowledge-generating bodies, deep tech startups, industrial companies, venture capital funds and public institutions from across Europe, offering B2B meetings, pitch sessions and thematic networking spaces. The programme combines a high-level Global Summit with roundtables, the presentation of disruptive prototypes and spin-offs, sector-focused Innovation Journeys through the exhibition area, and dedicated corners for large corporations and investors to launch challenges and explore collaboration opportunities.
